Pathway to Purpose Foundation
Mission
The Pathway to Purpose Foundation empowers African American young men through leadership, brotherhood, service, and life skills, preparing them to become confident leaders who positively impact their families, communities, and future generations.

Programming
Our four pillars
Leadership
Leadership is a skill and not a trait. In two years, scholars will build and improve their ability to self-reflect, delegate roles, become active listeners, and continue to build their abilities to grow and display emotional intelligence.

Brotherhood
Students will grow a bond with like minded individuals. This pillar will focus on social emotional learning, ethics, and personal growth, communication, boundaries and more.

Life Skills
This pillar will focus on tangible skills that students will use as adults such as handy-man skills, cooking, credit, communication, and financial literacy, CPR skills, taxes, and more.

Community Service
Juniors and Seniors will collaborate as we create projects that will help serve their community, family, city, and world.

Life After College
Pathway to Purpose will expose scholars to unique opportunities and career pathways that align with their goals. Scholars will be prepared to pursue college, vocational training, or careers in the skilled trades.
